INTRODUCTION TO ADMINISTRATION FEE

In order to provide submitting parties with more value FinanceAsia is introducing an administration fee of HKD1500 so that we can invest in services which will make the awards process more robust and which will enable the winners to benefit from greater exposure to our audiences that matter.

ADMINISTRATION FEE

Administration Fee: HKD1500

• The cut off time for the deadline is at 6pm HK time (UTC/GMT+8:00).
• Entry fee is payable in HKD Dollars.
• A separate fee is required for each entry submission.
• Entry fee is due upon submission and non-refundable.

Entry submissions that are not paid for will NOT proceed to judging and Haymarket Media Limited will retain the right to claim for unpaid entry fees.

PAYMENT METHOD

There are two options you can select from via online or offline method. 

CREDIT CARD / ALIPAY

For this option, you will be redirected to STRIPE our secure payment gateway and we accept the following

credit card types: VISA / MASTER and AMEX. For payment via ALIPAY you will be redirected to the payment page.

If you wish to arrange credit card payment offline, we can provide a direct payment link. Please contact the Organiser.

BANK TRANSFER

To select this option, you will need to complete your entry submission by confirming to the “Payment Order” page to select payment method as “Bank Transfer”. Bank details will be available on that page.

Direct online banking: you can transfer via your own personal online banking system or arrange the transaction at the bank.

Transaction confirmation: once completed the transfer, please provide the confirmed transaction proof, clearly stating the entry and order ID numbers and invoice number if available for such payment is to be emailed to Finance_Events@haymarket.asia cc: Country Awards team at financeasia.awards@haymarket.asia.

The deadline for payment due via bank transfer will be latest by the next day of the entry deadline.

If you choose the bank transfer option, you will be responsible for any bank fees related to this transaction.

Please do indicate to the bank clearly when making the transfer.
